here's my latest and favoritest combination:blend thoroughly and enjoy
1 banana
1 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c frozen peach
1/2 c plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
2 bunches of spinach (torn)
2 sprigs of mint (just the leaves!)
I like them best after a good half day in the fridge for all the flavors to blend
(that also helps to tame the spinach which can otherwise dominate the fruit flavors)

I'm writing this recipe down. The spinach has intrigued me a lot and it looks really good. I rarely use my blender and smoothies are such a good idea. Thank you!
